This is a well stocked supplier of just about everything you could need for landscaping your garden. Stuart in the office is always helpful as are the yard staff when you can find them!There delivery charge seems a tad expensive at £15 for a local delivery but everything arrived on time in good order.I recommend them.

Ive been in the building trade for 15 years and Codsall stone is a very good merchant and paving suppliers. They offer a wide range of products and have a very good display of all types of paving and edges. The people in the yard are hard to find 4 help and loading but with these sort of materials delivery is always more practical and there delivery is very precise and reliable. They also offer a variety of delivery lorries which is very useful for bad access. The people in the office are very polite and helpful with all sorts of queries. Every time I've used them it is a busy place which is always a good sign.

Very wide selection of products available with friendly staff, there is a large outdoor display area which is tidy its an ideal environment especially at the moment with current restrictions.

Really good company ,the man in office very helpful for people who don't work in the trade , I was looking to buy my driveway blocks from carvers when someone suggested have a look here , glad I did good quality products and delivered the next day . Would highly recommend codsall stone. Also a nice garden centre next door with a nice cafe .

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Recently spent nearly £300 & found we were 2 small pavers short (their fault as they’d been miss counted, an easy mistake to make) when my husband went back for them he was met with pure hostility from the start ‘can you prove it’ he was asked, well no but can you prove they were put on. ‘Well it’s only £1.70 what are you arguing about’, exactly but you’re doing the same, ‘then you should of come back the same day’ but they weren’t laid until the day before that’s when we discovered we were short. What ever happened to the customer is always right, I could understand him questioning us if they were £20 a piece, so we re-bought them. We were going to buy other items, not now they don’t deserve customers with that attitude.

Just had my pavers delivered. Fantastic prices and great service. I went to the yard, Stuart explained how to order and how long it would take due to the pandemic. Order arrived earlier than expected, delivery guy was polite and helpful. Had a few broken pavers, simple phone call and they were replaced next day. Brilliant service, would recommend to all.UPDATE Aug 2020I ordered 80 sqm of turf, price was over that Wickes and online turf providers. It was freshly cut the morning of delivery, amazing quality. I had off cuts from edging. But wastage due to holes, tears or bad grass, I lost about 1.5 feet total. I ordered 5 % for wastage on cuts. I ended having plenty to spare. Woukd highly recommend

Ordered 3 fence panels for my in-laws - both in their 80s. Advised the guy at CSP at point of ordering over the phone that they were elderly and could the panels be left at side of house just inside the gate. Next door neighbour (in his 70s) helped the driver get the panels off the waggon and then the driver stood and watched my father in law and the neighbour struggle to move the panels to side of house quoting some Covid excuse. Notwithstanding I shall not be using this company ever again if this is their version of keeping the customer satisfied...

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired by Stuart. He refused to help when I asked, as I could not carry my order to my back gate. I therefore had to cancel the order. Stay away solo ladies, no compassion from this man. Disgusting.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!Absolutely disgusted with their service. We ordered a lot of paving (over £800 worth) which they delivered a large quantity of broken. I specifically asked if they needed to see the broken paving in order to replace it, which they didn't respond to so I took photographs just in case.They offered me a new delivery slot three weeks later and then didn't show up with the replacement paving. We couldn't get in touch via phone so went into store, where the owner said we won't replace the paving because we can't see the broken slabs even though his delivery driver saw them and said they would be replaced for us! And then said, well we don't have a delivery slot booked in for that day, even though i had everything in writing in an email! And then made us pay and EXTRA £100 in paving, even though it was their fault in the first place.Not once did they apologise. Absolutely disgraceful. Do not use them unless you want to be scammed out of your money.
