Union Motor Co

Used Union Motor Co for the first time yesterday. Called them regarding my windscreen washers not working, Danny said I could drop my car in when I finished work and he would have a look, I had my car back and repaired within an hour! Brilliant, friendly service, will definitely be using again, highly recommended!

Took taxi in for them to check engine management light. Was charged £60 and told they would call me back to book me in for whatever was required. No phone call. I called them only to be told they would call me back again. Still no call. Went to another garage and was charged nothing to get the problem checked out. Turned out just to be a faulty sensor. Took the other garage 30 seconds to diagnose the problem. £60 for 30 seconds work eh! I am purchasing a new electric taxi. One guess where I'm NOT going to buy it.

I have been going to this garage for a number of years and unfortunately sent friends and family there, as I was led to believe that the Owner Danny Flynn's smile and honesty was in good faith?Only due to being warned of a friend that had picked up on his dodgy workmanship I marked off parts of my vehicle in horror to find that the indeed parts had not been changed not even cleaned to look as though they had been changed.This man Danny Flynn do not be fooled by his dis-honest smile this man is a con a ROGUE...Take my advise stay well clear of this ROGUE TRADER!Davie

I was in a really tight spot at the end of the day with an hour and a half commute ahead of me and it becoming increasingly unlikely I was getting home. They were great staying beyond their finish time to sort it out and enable me to get home. Gentlemen and much appreciated. Highly recommend for their customer service and caring approach.

Danny and the team are first class. In my experience they have always been truthful about what your car needs, without trying to get extra work out of you. Definitely recommend union motor company.

As a company car user for many years I have wide experience of my car maintenance requirements being carried out by the large dealerships. Danny Flynn and his team have been absolutely fantastic to deal with and I feel like a valued customer again, unlike my dealership experiences. Nothing is too much trouble - service and repair quality and attention to detail is excellent, knowledgeable in all aspects of car maintenance, very reasonable and competitive pricing and always ensuring that manufacturer warranty protections are adhered to. Always a warm and friendly atmosphere in which it is abundantly clear that customer service and vehicle safety are the key priorities. I have introduced friends and family to the business who have all had similar experiences and I would highly recommend the Union Motor Co to all as a friendly, reliable and trustworthy enterprise. They will certainly get my repeat business and continued recommendation!

I have just bought my first car from here and can not praise them enough. It was £800 cheaper than the rest I seen on line. I was a little nervous being a female going into a garage as I know nothing about cars. There was no pressure, everything was explained to me, and the finance was accepted within 5 min! Good customer service, nice but expensive electric cars.

Had my MOT done a few days ago, received an awesome service. Have known Danny for years always fair in pricing and a very trustworthy businessman. Great service all round
