What can we say that has not been said previously? The three of us had an exquisite afternoon tea on Sunday, a huge choice of teas and cocktails.Refills if required of food and tea.The sandwiches and pastries were delectable.Atmosphere was calm and relaxing, service extremely polite and attentive as one would expect. All in all, a very relaxing and extremely filling experience.Unfortunately, the store was closing when we left so did not have time to browse the various levels but next time we will.

The oldest department store in London as said by a guide food items are main when we enter the place lots of chocolates and wines and cakes its 5 story building I thinkI heard that many people give gifts such as cakes and biscuits from this shop and loved ones keep those packets (everything packed well really)All stalls inside the building sell different items as I said before. On the top floor, they sell cosmetics, ground floor they sell wine .. Also u can taste wine from there from the mini-bar

Love to shop at F&M! Shopping experience is 10/10 from the customer service to the quality of the products.I admit that the F&M blue is one of the reasons why I love to shop there. It just gives me so much comfort and happiness for some reason. I wonder if they used the colour psychology back then.Love their shopping baskets with F&M blue and a hint of gold. So clean and sleek! The cafe on the first floor is one of my favourite place to chill out and take a break from shopping. The ice cream is so good, too!Their toilets are not as spacious as the modern ones and I feel a bit claustrophobic, but it’s pleasant enough with nice soaps. The food section is lovely with lots of fine products. My favourite section is the cheese counter. Cannot resist buying one.Over all, you’ll have a great shopping experience.

Christmas is finally here at Fortnum and Mason!!A must for those visiting London or wanting to get into the Christmas spirit. It’s a truly impressive and historic store with impeccable customer service as one would expect. There is something for everyone and products are of the highest quality but slightly pricey.Only minor let down is how busy it always is with tourists, but it is to be expected.

A tea drinkers paradise. This is as good as it gets regarding tea, chocolates, jams, cheeses, delis, and so much more. All kinds of accessories for teas and so much more. There is a very nice restaurant where you can enjoy a nice meal. It is important not to forget the dedicated staff. They are very helpful and seem to know what you need before you ask. There is a rich history attached to this store, and it is definitely worth a visit.

I come for the tea. Everything else is a bonus. The tea selection is excellent and once in a while, you can ever get great deals on originally very pricey teas. I really do appreciate having experts in tea walking me through the leaves and teas, and the ability to order by weight is excellent. No more buying a whole tin of tea hoping I'll like it and having it sit on my shelf for years if I don't.Never really got into the truffles here, but once went wild with the chocolate bars. Most were quite good but I find their milk chocolate far too sweet for my taste. Their hot chocolate however is ideal. No added sugar. Just pure chocolate.Biscuits are anywhere from excellent to okay. The second floor is the stuff of if only I had the money and space". Most people go for the tea and sweets but they have a lot of dishware

What a stunning store. Beautiful product displays, and the entire store has wonderful, whimsical decor. Definitely worth a visit to browse through and pick up tea/biscuits/tea cup sets etc. And they have cute (although slightly garish) musical biscuit tins. There are multiple bakery/snack parlours inside the store. You can also book online to have their afternoon tea; they accept walking but you may have to wait or they could be full for the day. Their confectionary sections would be a candy lovers dream.

This store was super gorgeous and an amazing visit. The door was held open by the friendliest of door men which immediately left us feeling welcome. All the employees inside shared smiles with us as well. There is a very large assortment of foods such as tea, sweets, honey, jam, and even some in-house made gin! There was a massive selection of perfumes, colognes, and household fragrances. If silverware, dishware, and china is your thing, there's plenty of that too! Would definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area.

The epitome of luxury department store shopping! I find myself here more times than I plan, but I simply can’t stop myself as they have everything you could possibly imagine. From deli selections and bakery options, to the best selection of whiskeys and gins, next to their wine bar with oysters & caviar to make a rafting memorable, there is no afternoon tea spot quite like the Diamond Jubilee, and now to top it all off there is a new gin distillery on the top floor with lovely new flavors, pink gins and very affordable refillable bottling options, with the opportunity to inscribe your own bottle as well!
