Has all upmarket dog food but very expensive and somewhat unhelpful person behind the counter.

We regularly visit here for the ultrasonic teeth cleaning service for our senior Maltipoo.

Jenna is an amazing groomer and we feel very lucky to have been able to live so close to her services. She is extremely kind, accommodating and very talented. Spark always comes home looking great and Jenna and Flavia are both always very communicative. We will be moving away from Hampstead soon and are so sorry to say goodbye to both of them! I highly recommend this great little shop.

Super friendly very helpful lots of stock not the cheapest place to go but you get what you pay for so I’d highly recommend checking them out.Duchess x

Was absolutely blown away by the customer service. We visited this shop on 19th sept to buy some harnesses for our puppies. The staff in there were very knowledgeable. Our indecision unfortunately meant we were still in the shop after closing time but not once were we made to feel like we were over staying our welcome. Thank you for your patience and candour.

Rescued my dog's at-home haircut by my wife, brilliant job.

I went recently to get my 6 month old Cavapoo groomed for the first time and Jenna did an AMAZING job. My puppy who is not overly keen on being washed came bounding upstairs like he had been at a spa all day. Such a happy puppy! The cut was perfect and exactly what I wanted.

Great grooming. Our dog was scared of our old groomer, but he seems much more relaxed here. Receptionist and groomer both very nice, and gave our dogs excellent haircuts

Completely wasted my time. Sounded like the groomer decided she just didn’t want the hassle of dealing with my long haired dog when I arrived today and could only offer a ‘puppy intro session’ because he seemed ‘anxious’. My dog has had at least 5 puppy wash and tidy’s with other groomers now and the feedback has always been that he was absolutely fine. He is now 1 years old. I don't understand why you want to keep charging me for another puppy intro session at 70 quid when he is clearly in need of a shorter clipped coat. They also suggested I then bring him back again in 4 weeks for another session at extra charge! If your company policy is to only offer a puppy intro to new customers then make this clear over the phone when I booked weeks in advance.

We recently took both our dogs, a lagotto and our poodle terrier mix, to get groomed here. The groomer was brilliant. She asked all sorts of questions up front to make sure she didn't give our dog the wrong treats and was careful about our older dogs skin tags. They both look adorable. We will definitely be back.
