Really friendly team of ladies and thank you Adele for your help in booking our Thailand trip and for all the advice on excursions! We will be back to book them with you closer to the trip. Great service!! All the girls and guy are lovely! I was really nervous booking my first holiday after covid but they helped me so much and made it such a breeze! I got my holiday, insurance and currency all at the same time which was so easy. They found me the perfect holiday and I had an absolute blast! Will definitely be booking in the Aberystwyth store again!!

Booked our honeymoon to the Maldives with Karen at tui Aberystwyth.Fantastic service, she wasn’t trying to push something on us that we didn’t want, she gave us exactly what we wanted and couldn’t have been happier. It was the most beautiful honeymoon…Karen was so friendly, took her time to find the perfect place so we didn’t feel rushed about spending so much money.We really would t go anywhere else so thank u!

I have always booked my holidays with TUI online.In 2022 I decided to book my holiday to Lanzarote in the Aberystwyth shop.I booked with a young lady named Zoe.I found Zoe to be very professional,efficient,honest and very reliable in my dealings with her in organising the holiday.I was so pleased with the service I received from Zoe that I booked my holiday in 2023 to Egypt with her again and received excellent service.I would like to add that I found all the staff at the Aberystwyth shop very helpful and a credit to TUI

I recently booked a quick city break to Berlin. Wunderbar would be putting it lightly. The travel agent, Emma; was helpful, informative, and extremely considerate to our needs.
