Rochelle was incredibly informative and honest about the process of a homebuyers survey. It turned out I didn't require one for the property I'm purchasing. Rochelle's honesty ensured I didn't pay for a service I didn't require. She walked me through what it includes and made sure I had all the information I needed in order to make a decision. Ashleigh assisted us on two separate property inspections. One level 2 survey and one level 3 survey. He is very thorough and takes not only the building in consideration, but also the area and road which could deter new buyers. He was able to provide insight and assistance after the surveys when discussing building regulations and guidance on how to proceed to protect your investment. Ashleigh has done lots of work for us this year including a Help to Buy valuation and a Homebuyers Level 3 survey. We’ve been really pleased with everything he has done. He’s polite, friendly and reassuring during a stressful process and the reports are always completed in good time. I can’t thank Ashleigh and the OpenHouse Surveyors team enough for their help. Essentially we had initially carried out a survey through another company, who had created at least 2 weeks of delays on giving us the report which Ashleigh had carried out.Ashleigh maintained strong communication throughout the process and was able to somewhat guide us throughout the process. Eventually he took the initiative and gave us a report which was outstanding and thorough in terms of its findings and recommendations.I will definitely be contacting openhouse surveyors again to carry out any future surveys!
