Would not recommend they’re happy to make a mother and child homeless by giving them notice because they didn’t want to fix mould and damp and everything else that was wrong with the house. Poor communication and extremely rude management by reece.

They use cowboys to do bodged jobs, reece Campbell clearly forges electrical certificates, lies about contractors coming in my house that haven't and I have cctv of this but still tells me he has a report, clearly knows he's messed up as by law there meant to have one, would not recommend based on my experience.There is no misunderstanding, you're a liar and I have cctv of youre electrician not entering my property, so ther for no checks have taken place. Disgusting customer service, DO NOT GO TO THIS shambles of a place, reece Campbell you should be ashamed of youre self.

I would give 0 stars if i could, lieing to youre tenants then claiming the relationship isn't going to work because youre lieing and we've got cctv of no electrician entering this property, then you serve us with an eviction notice, very unprofessional,IF YOURE A TENNANT, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

Oh my God I don't know the right words to used to express how impressed I am with the service I got from Winnie Tree. They were always there to support me whenever I call on them. Imagine when I had difficulty installing my washing machine, they sent their engineer to come and install the washing machine for me. Thank you so much to all Winnie Tree team especially Jennifer, Anna, Jack and the rest of the team.

Absolutely disgraceful estate agents who have £542 of my money which is a month rent in advance yet 6 month after leaving Winnie tree still have not explained where my money is and even claim that I damaged the property and charged me for yet as soon as they were paid for the alleged damage sent me a copy of the inspection report which was 5stars, they are an absolute joke and they really should be ashamed. At the moment it's considered theft and I will be involving the law by Friday if i still don't have an answer to a very simple question

Booking viewings for the exact same time leaving a large group of people outside the property isn't professional. Caused arguments between the potential tenants and disturbed neighbours

I cannot recommend Winnie Tree Properties highly enough. They offer a first class service with excellent customer service . The staff are friendly and the support and service excellent. I have used several management agents in the past but found them to be underhand and of poor service and quality. Winnie Tree Properties have restored my faith in property management and in all my dealings with them they have been totally honest and transparent. Reece and his team cannot do enough to help and guide you through the property jungle and the quality of the properties they offer are of an extremely high standard. When they said they treat every client as if they were family I was dubious however I had no need to be. This independent family run business is definitely a jewel in the crown of property management companies.

I would like to thank Winnie Tree for their professional attitude and going out of their way to make sure we were happy during our move.The staff are all extremely helpful and any issues were resolved in a timely manner.Under the current circumstances the staff have taken all precautions to protect their tenants, prospective tenants and themselves.I would highly recommend Winnie Tree Properties and hope to stay with them for years to come.

Lovely staff. Been with them for 6 years. Maintenance team can let them down at times when they don’t show up for appointments and don’t get in touch to rearrange. Alex the plumber however is fantastic and goes above and beyond.
