Poor quality service. Needed help with our car to get it going after a small engine issue but the person who serviced the car actually caused more damage than he fixed. Took it to another garage after realising there were more issues who said the engine is too far gone to fix and would need a whole new engine. Do not use if you value your car and money.

After breaking down. I was recovered to Peacocks Garage. The lady on reception was helpful and friendly and quick to arrange fir the mechanics to take a look at my car.The car was quickly fixed and I was back on the road within 24 hours. I felt the garage was honest and trustworthy and the cost was much less than expected. I would definitely use this garage again.

Absolutely shockimg service and charged 325 quid to change a hazard light and steering column switch!!!!! Asked them to justify £100 for a steering column switch on a pugeot 107! They didnt want to provide me a receipt for there EBAY purchase. Wow dont use this place.. only went in for an MOT and didnt tell us it was going to be this much until collection! Dont use! Much better in Chester.. just used this as local.. what a mistake!

Brilliant customer service. There was a grinding noise on my car so took it in and asked if they could have a look which they where than happy to do. They found the problem and it was ready for me by the end of the day.

If you need a quality local garage you won't go wrong with the Peacock. Parking can be a bit of a pickle when it's busy, as you'll need to find a road side spot, but the service from the garage and staff is excellent.

Ridiculously rude. Popped in for some advice a couple of days ago and was met by the worst attitude from what I believe to be the manager. As I walked through the door, I was stared at, no greeting what so ever. I asked for advice on my tyre to be met with we're too busy to have a look" whilst sat there behind the desk with a cup of tea having a chat with 3 other colleagues. I've seen the bad reviews and heard bad things but this has confirmed it. They offered no help

I have used this garage for a number of years and every time the service is first class. The advice given is always superb and nothing is too much trouble, all pricing is transparent and great value, so much better than the dealers. Always go over and above to help.

The team at Peacocks run the business in a friendly & professional manner. On the day of my service & MOT my car decided it wouldn't start! The breakdown/recovery managed to start my car however, this meant I was later for my appointment. This didn't prevent them from completing the task in hand. I was expecting to pick up my vehicle the following morning but was able to pick it up prior to them closing. We'll done team. I am a very happy customer.
