BRILLIANTI've just taken receipt of my first order.The produce was top quality, very well packaged with good eat by dates.The shop team couldnt be more helpful and very professional giving excellent service.The delivery driver was friendly, very pleasant and even shut the gate behind him.The prices are only slightly over supermarket prices but for the quality and service Watts Farm cant be topped.I would definitely recommend shopping with Watts Farm, now AND in the future when we come out of this - the convenience is brilliant.Well done for providing deliveries during this time, when sadly the supermarkets arnt able to cope with the demand.

Excellent choice and produce. Very good driver and delivery service. Food arrived in cardboard boxes that were not overfilled which meant goods were not crushed. All looks very fresh and things that needed to be bagged were bagged again this protects where needed but not excess packaging. Would recommend you give them a try because even when Covid restrictions are lifted we would consider still using Watts Farm. Oh by the way they even had flour and eggs !

I have used Watts Farms before and been very pleased. I found the checkout process quite difficult and I am extremely efficient online!

Got Christmas tree on 4 December which it was lovely lasted 2 weeks yes I water it had my heating on low. Sent email got one back as customers who just shop with you for 1st time never again would I get Real Christmas tree again. I work in retail if this one off my customers tree we would give full refund.

Thank you so much Watts Farms for being so understanding and rescheduling our delivery when we were stranded 100 miles away from home due to the failure of the RAC to rescue our car. I don't think any other food delivery driver would phone to ask where we were when there was no answer at the door. And the lady whom I spoke to on the phone later on was so helpful and accommodating in rearranging our delivery for today. Thanks again, the only positive of the past couple of days is knowing there are still some decent companies out there!

Will never order from them again. Items missing and other items half rotten. Called customer service and was told to send email with pictures, no response to email. No refund so far. Avoid!

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Watts Farms - I managed to somehow mess up when I thought we would get our delivery yesterday when it was due for today. The service I have had from Watts has been unbelievable - I have my wife and daughter who are both immunocompromised (my daughter had chemo 3 weeks ago) and we can't get out for 3 months. The produce was excellent and the delivery driver (from his 2m distance) wanted to know that we are ok and if there was anything we needed - awesome service - thank you so much!

I’ve been using Watts Farm for a while now the food is excellent and Graham the delivery driver is so friendly !Unfortunately I have only had one or two deliveries that have been correct …there is always something missing (not out of stock) not put in my box by the picker …orders are obviously not checked before they leave …staff at the office are friendly but no one takes responsibility for these mistakes …my last order was duplicated !! Once or twice it can happen but not on virtually every order ..I’m not using this company again I’m paying for a service I’m not getting they don’t seem to care if you get your complete order or not …I book a time slot that suits me around my commitments and when something is missing they want to deliver on another day …can’t give a time …it’s so frustrating…sort out your pickers and get your orders right Watts Farm !! It’s a shame food quality is good
