No TV in the rooms, Carpets smelt of wee, paint peeling off the walls and only half a roll of loo paper. Not worth anywhere near the money they charge felt like I was staying in a hostel

All I can say is it is absolutely disgusting. I only rated a star because it wouldn't let me leave a review without. I have I never in my life stayed anywhere lkke this and I never will again. I will get my money bk

Spent 3 nights here for a music festival . Only the view was good. Room way below acceptable the bathroom didn't close. Windows damaged & a very noisy fast food outlet that was open until 4.00am every night with shouting & drunken voices. We paid

Don't use this hotel from hell. There is no reception we finally got a call from a very rude man that hung up on us refused to answer again leaving us to find another hotel and keeping our money.

Don't book this hotel if you want to leave the luggage early check-inor after check-out, because they don't provide staff to check in and out, only contact by email.We booked the room about £80 on Friday. The room was so close by the beach, nice location to the city center. We got the room with an ugly window of the view of the chimney nearby restaurant. The room was so hot, a fan not provided. The shower didn't have a hanger, the pole that hanging the curtain in the shower was really weak. The shower room and toilet room was seperated, the toilet door couldn't close outside and toilet paper was left a small roll, they didn't provide the new roll for us. The bed was wobling with the annoying noise when changing the position in bed. At the night I could smell someone outside our room smoked and the windblow inside to my room, I'm allergic to the cigga smoke, this woke me up and I felt achey in early morning. However, the bed sheet look clean, coffee and kattle provided (I didnt't use it), fast wifi.

Avoid at all costs unless you're desperate for a bed for the night. Apart from the location on the seafront, and the clean bed sheets, this hotel is a total rip off. Broken windows, peeling paint off the walls, cracked ceiling, in the bathroom not even a support to hold the shower head. The furniture and the rest of the contents of the room seem to have been put together in a hurry to accommodate refugees rather than guests, dirty carpet, dirty windows. No receptionist on site. Entry door squeezed between Macdonalds and Malika Restaurant. No parking on siteWe checked in at 8pm and checked out at 9pm, after trying unsuccessfully to get through to management, yet, my card was still charged £170 for the full 2 nights even though the management knew I was there for just one hour. So I will be reporting them to Trading Standards.

We have stayed here for 2 nights. The location was great, and deposit was returned quite fast, but do not get mistaken by the owner photos. There were a few things that got me thinking how this hotel is still allowed to operate (See the pictures) You can hear the neighbors, as they would be in the room with you. Till early morning you hear all the city sounds, coming through not sealed windows. The ceiling looks like is going to fall down and when you are taking the shower the water is running from under the bathtub making the floor wet. To avoid it, the hotel have put the toilet paper between the tub and the wall. Long story short, better search for something else.

Awful is an understatement we were there 5 mins before asking for a refund and finding any hotel except that one 1st of all no reception no staff and our door lofk wad hanging off the hinges mold no tv and a window that wouldn't closeTheres nothing positive i could say

The entrance door is very hidden away and you need a code to check in at the door. No reception & no staff around if you need anything or have questions. Very tight and uncomfortable feeling place - the rooms have paper thin walls & my window was already broken upon arrival. (Ironic considering there’s a £50 deposit in case you break anything in the rooms) In addition, the floors were uneven and the walls are full of drill holes. The only thing I can compliment was the fact the bed was clean & comfortable.
