Professional service and very reliable. I got some curtains shortened and a jacket repaired.

Excellent. Friendly service and high quality work. I took in an M+S jumper which had ripped at the seam of the neck as I pulled it off (I wasn't taking much care but then you expect stronger quality from M+S, just saying). The rip needed to be mended with a patch to ensure structural integrity but said patch looks great, the colour matches well and it looks like part of the design. The tailor even took the extra time to restitch the labels on the inside back on to the patch. Couldn't be happier for £6.50

Picked up my latest order today, the third time that I have used Dream Tailoring. Perfectly finished work and very reasonable price, as always. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

UPDATE TO OWNER'S RESPONSE: Unfortunately I've written on the right review Mustafa and stand by what I have said below. It was an awfully unsettling experiencing with how angry you became.If I could rate this shop 0 stars I would but unfortunately I have to select 1 - this shop doesn't deserve any. I was absolutely devastated, shocked and appalled by how Mustafa treated me when I went back into his shop yesterday. He altered some curtains for me and when we hung them up we saw a perferated triangle in one of the curtains - which let through light and looked awful - the material was clearly damaged and it looked like a sewing machine had been accidentally used on the wrong part of the curtains. We went back and explained the situation that since having the curtain back there seemed to be holes in them (which were not there before). Mustafa became angry and threw us out of his shop, he was pointing his finger in my face, banging surfaces and calling us liars. It was by far the worst customer service I have ever received. He was even trying to charge us £40 to rectify! He lost it at the end and threw us out his shop giving us the £25 back he charged us for the alteration in the first place - telling us he had enough of us! Instead of reaching a resolution, both Mustafa and his wife literally herded us out of the shop and shut the door - we were left on the street with our damaged curtains whilst we then saw him banging and throwing things around in his shop. It was absolutely awful and I encourage nobody to take their alterations to this shop. We are now going to have to buy new curtains and are £25 down!

Always go here. Very experienced, skilled tailor. He and his wife are friendly and professional. Good value.

My walking trousers needed a new fly/zip and this was carried out quickly and, as usual, to a very high standard.They have replaced a zip on a jacket before which I was impressed with and Dream Tailoring have also adjusted many items for my diminutive mum who’s in a care home. The most recent was a blouse which needed the arms shortened. They retained the cuffs and you would never know the garment had been adjusted!Great service and the people are very friendly and helpful!

Visited for suit alteration, the guy did an excellent job. I needed the suit the next morning and got it before 11 am!

Great service and did such a great job on my wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses, husbands suit and my mums dress. Would 100% use again.
