Sytner Nottingham BMW

Good stock availability but poor after sales - vehicle was sold with 1600 miles no engine oil maintenance done pre sales clearly as upon driving another 4000 miles engine oil service due costing £500 approx, how on a brand new diesel car in less than six months…ask yourself this question? Clearly pre sale maintenance hasn’t been done. Poor aftercare and when raised as a complaint states usual mainland refused to support

I recently had the pleasure of visiting BMW Sytner Nottingham where I met with one of the best sales people I have ever dealt with, Adam Leithead.From being able to test drive the car of my choice at length not just around the block to his appraisal of my vehicle I was part exchanging, which I got a very fair price for nothing was too much trouble for him.The deal I was given on my new car and on my old car in my opinion was excellent.On the evening of me collecting my new car (to me) it was presented immaculately (and with a full tank of fuel as promised:) ) all the paperwork was ready and waiting with no problems at all.From start to finish I could not fault Adam and the team at Nottingham BMW Sytner.A really big thank you to all.

Having just taken delivery of my new 1 series, I would like to thank Emma Thomson for everything she did for us, from first introduction back in July to delivery last Saturday. She was very attentive whilst we pondered over the various options available and helping us to spec the car to our specification. During the order process we were kept fully abreast on the delivery schedule with succinct emails; it leaves me to say, a perfect buying experience from a total professional.

Outstanding customer service from Becky Warde and her colleagues in the sales team. Couldn't of done any more to help me. Kept me updated on a regular bases. Never pushy and so friendly. Great people to deal with and hope Becky gets the recognition she deserves. I will use them again even though it's not my local dealership and have already recommended the team. Thanks again. Normally drop in here if I am need of parts, however the customer service that I received the other week was nothing short of appalling. The man serving me stopped half way through to talk to a colleague about some snacks for a good couple of minutes with no apology such as sorry one second" or "can you just give me a minute I will be right with you". He then turned back to me as if nothing had happened and still with no apology. I was shocked by his lack of customer service

Beautiful show room. Super clean toilets. Complimentary hot chocolate in a glass was a great touch. The test drive experience was great with a very knowledgable and friendly staff member.

We have had two vehicles from the branch in the last month. On both occasions the service we have received has been exceptional. Lauren was so knowledgeable, provided excellent support and was able to turn the vehicles around in an amazingly quick time for us due to our circumstances. The team also very kindly supported us with our fund raising event for cancer research UK and very kindly donated two fabulous prizes which helped us to raise over £5000.00.Excellent service excellent aftercare and will definitely recommend Sytner Nottingham to our friends and family.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish at Sytner BMW Nottingham. I bought a new car from them over the last week and the process couldn’t have been smoother with constant updates throughout. Bobby, Martin and Ghazala were all fantastic, but particularly Ghazala who was the main point of contact. Couldn’t recommend enough and will certainly be returning.

I dealt with Will, the service manager, whilst I had to chase a few times at first - I am rather happy with the way my issue was resolved. The dealership used common sense and saw the issue with my car from a customer’s perspective, they did the repair before they got approval from BMW HQ. Would highly recommend this dealership for their excellent service, eventually.
