My husband and I enjoyed a very pleasant evening meal at The Pear . The food was very tasty and well presented. There were many items on the menu that I wanted to try . I will definitely be returning.

Very nice lunch at the Pear today for 8 of us. Great service from the waitresses. Food tasty and decent sized portions. Fish and chips; excellent crispy batter. Pies looked tasty too. Sea bass; fresh and generous portion. Very busy and popular; good idea to book. Sadly, even well behaved dogs not allowed in the restaurant area although they are in the bar.

We had a wonderful family reunion here. The food very very good. The team are helpful, friendly and understanding. We were not rushed in any way. The food is cooked perfectly, attention to detail is on point and the ingredients are fresh, well seasoned and very well presented. Nothing is overlooked, even salad garnish is tasty, well thought out and the dressing adds a good contrast to the rest of the plate Everything from starters to desert was so good, notably the lamb rump, seafood vongole, camembert.... it was all just perfect. Very highly recommended

Had our works night out this evening. Table was tight due to layout but it's a busy time of year. Only one person on bar, poor girl trying to serve everyone. The food was amazing though. To say how busy it was the food was beyond perfect. Waiting staff were very efficient. Well impressed and will be back when Christmas rush is over. Thank you for a great night

Such a beautiful setting for lunch! Wonderful, friendly staff, all smiley and fun! The food was fantastic (had a 3 course from the lunch menu), and then sat outside in the beautiful rural grounds for coffee, just splendid & highly recommend!! ❤️

We had our work's Christmas dinner here and it was a great night, from the food to the service and venue, would highly recommend. I had only ever been during the spring and eating pizza in the garden ( which happens to be one of the biggest beer gardens I've ever been in) so will definitely be back again to dine inside.

The Pear At Parley
Really good food with great portion sizes. Plenty of space with both indoor and outdoor seating. The staff were really friendly and in particular Elisha was a great character, made our experience so much better! I would definitely recommend trying this restaurant. Parking is available out the front, you need to drive down a gravel track to get to the building but Google maps will get you there easy.
