It was an excellent survey and completed promptly. We chose the higher price and I considered it well worth it. I was very impressed with the level of detail, the scope of coverage and the use of photographs as evidence of points raised, including drone footage of the roof.The most useful aspect for me of the survey was that it gave me the clarity to make a decision about the property that I trusted. It broadened and balanced my perspective. My initial appeal of the charm and beauty of the house became offset by an awareness of the level of financial, emotional and time commitments that it would need, along with an awareness of potential problems. I also shared it with friends and family and gained their views too. On that basis of the survey, I didn't take it but I felt confident I'd made the right decision and was happy with that.

Was excellent managed to fit the survey in even with not huge notice from myself. Got the report the next day was very thorough and comprehensive. I would definitely recommend Peter to do a survey!
