Lovely little micro pub in Berwick-on-Tweed. Highly recommended for Real Ale, Craft Beer and ciders. A must visit place for folks who hate commercial fizz!!

Really nice pub tucked away down a alley way.Good mix of both traditional cask ale and craft beer and some ciders.Staff were knowledgeable of the beers they had and friendly.Good atmosphere while we was there.

Lovely place. Micro ... but certainly not tiny. Very friendly especially for dogs, when we arrived with our two there were two and within five minutes we had about ten sitting around us. We love this but not if you don't like or are scared of dogs.Good draft beers on, personally I was a little bit sad that they were all from Manchester today as I was hoping for something from Northumberland or Scotland but I can't dock points for my personal wish list. Also a good selection of cans and bottles available in the fridge.Definitely worth a visit if you are anywhere nearby ... I'm sure we will be back in very shortly.Edit: came back in three more times this week as this place is such a fine establishment. Had several cask and keg ales and then a can which was my 500th new beer logged this year. Really friendly staff and clients. An absolute gem of a find. If you are in around Berwick-upon-Tweed and like a real ale then this is an absolute must visit (second only to Bear Claw Brewery in Spittal).

My first visit here & what a great find, 4 cask ales, 2 craft kegs, gravity ciders & tinned & bottled beers too. Pretty much enough to suit everyones taste. It's a tiny place, but has a patio & some decent outdoor space on a dry day! I can imagine on a wet evening the bar itself gets packed as space is at a premium. But don't be put off, I visited on a Tuesday afternoon & there was plenty of room. They sell snacks here too, pork pies, game pies, olives & the usual crisps etc. The staff are both knowledgeable & friendly, I can recommend this place.

Had a great time in this little pub in Berwick-upon-Tweed. Saw it highly rated in Google so went in for a pint (or two) after a long day of walking. Small, but well-curated selection of cask ales and ciders that offer something for everybody. Light snacks and food are on offer. Was filled with attentive staff and a bunch of friendly regulars. If ale or cider is what you're looking for in Berwick-upon-Tweed, then The Curfew is for you.

When we are in Berwick upon Tweed in our camper van wealways make a point of going to The Curfew Micropub. Always a friendly greeting and a cracking pint, good snacks as well! If you ask nicely you can try before you sup! Love it!

Quaint little micro pub with a good selection of beers and a few ciders. Although we only tried beer and cider, there did seem to be other drinks such as wines and spirits on offer. They also have a selection of soft drinks and a few bar snacks. We visited twice during our holiday nearby, and both times were served by friendly barmen.
