Both myself and various family members have had alarms fitted by Tony and have been very pleased. After sales is amazing and are always quick to call me if I have any technical queries.

Highly Recommended.Hadleigh Alarms replaced an ageing and now faulty DIY system with nice new updated items. Communication was excellent during determining our current system and quoting options for the upgrade. The removal of old components and installation of the new ones was done very professionally in the way items were fitted with consideration for really minimal disruption to decor considering the difference in the new and old items. They also discovered an underlying fault in a remaining part of the existing system and resolved that there and then. Thoroughly tested and demonstrated the new system features which had been set up to our requirements. Thoroughly cleaned up the work areas, top job. My parents have also used Hadleigh Alarms for decades and always had excellent service.

Highly recommended. Tony is very friendly and professional. The equipment and devices aren’t noticeable around the house at all, especially on my windows. The app is really easy to use. Liam and Tony were very tidy and respectful in my home and I feel far safer having a burglar alarm for protection. They explained everything as they went along. Can’t thank these chaps enough for a job well done.

Having just bought a house with a lot of work to be done we quickly realised that the smartest decision that the previous owners had made was to install an alarm from Hadleigh Security Systems. It hadn’t been used or serviced since 1999 so I tentatively called the company to see what could be done. Tony was with us that same night to have a look as they offer a 24 hour service and he was fantastic! He took off the old sensors so we could start painting and repaired the holes for us, regardless of whether we wanted to proceed with a new alarm system (which we did without hesitation after meeting him although he insisted on leaving us to think about it first). The level of customer service we received from Hadleigh Security was outstanding. It is clear that Tony and his team take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. We immediately felt that we wanted a company that care that much about what they do to be looking after our house. Our updated system is excellent and it has been a real pleasure to meet Tony. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody who is looking for a quality product and a personalised, professional service from an honest, friendly company!

Rude person telling me he couldn't help me without engineer codes but my installer won't answer my calls/texts. He actually told me that my installer had gone bankrupt! Very unprofessional!
