Steve at Seat most definitely prides himself on providing his customers with a fantastic service! I found him to be extremely approachable, friendly, helpful and professional. It is clear to see that he invests the time in getting to know his customers to make them feel comfortable and his friendly, no pressure approach makes buying a car a much better experience. Top class service from the minute I walked into the showroom. Steve was so helpful, friendly & professional. He made the process of buying a new car (after my car suddenly broke on me) completely stress-free. Steve found me the perfect car, I am so so pleased. Steve had told me he'd got a car for me on the Monday, I drove it home on Thursday. I was initially going to go through an online car site but I am glad I didn't as I am positive I'd not have received the service I did with Steve at SEAT.

I've had great service from this team. They have been servicing my Ibiza following my move to Exeter, 3 years ago. Their reminders, the actual servicing & their explanations have been straight forward & comprehensive. A couple of weeks ago when I had a problem, they fitted me in on the same day & sorted the problem. When I decided to trade in my 11 year old car, they came up with a fantastic deal on a 2 year ex courtesy car. I can't praise them enough.

Great service I bought a car and although chose a service pack I don't feel I was sold one under pressure as such.Good team of familiar locals selling good quality new and used cars what is not to like and trust.If you feel concerned or intimidated by main dealers try here for honest advice and guidance.
