Alex and Adam have done a great job installing an EV charger at my home, despite it being an absolute nightmare job for them, having to lay a huge amount of cable, and went out of their way to dig a trench for my cables so it didn't hurt my flowerbeds, but still kept the garden neat and tidy. Many EV charger installers wouldn't even consider to come and look at the job due to the effort that needed to be put in, but it seems no job is too much for these guys, at a reasonable price too. Thanks Alex for sorting.

Alex gave an immediate quote and arranged installation of my home Electric Vehicle Charger within days. Good communication, very tidy, first class work by Adam.Very pleased and would definitely recommend.

Incomplete installation, re-quoted an additional fee to complete the job whilst onsite, arrived without the relevant equipment no detector to check for cables before drilling, asked if we had polyfilla which we provided and was applied in a appalling manner.When raising the issues with the team" we were given fake responses from so called directors

Absolutely awful experience. Pressure sold me into ordering on the basis of getting booked in before my car was delivered, which I did. Then had to chase them for a booking, they got back to me several days later for a booking a week later than originally advertised. Then, a few days before the booking was due they said they could no longer do it unless I got my own energy supplier to fit something new, that my booking date was cancelled until I had sorted this and to come back to them for a new date when I had. At this point I asked for a refund and dealt with the most unprofessional person, referring to himself constantly as the boss and being condescending about his colleagues. This was on the 2nd June. I went back after several exchanges of unprofessional messages calling me frustrated and confirmed I wanted a refund. I was told that this could not be done until the following week due to this 'manager' being away as he was speaking to me, yet there were staff in the office still selling the product and square can be accessed from a mobile phone now. I chased this refund and he confirmed it was processed on the 6th June. I have still not got the refund and he screenshotted me a photo of a refund that was actually processed on the 12th June, saying I owed him an apology when I asked why he had lied about the refund date. Do not use these people they are cowboys! I still await my refund today of nearly £1000.

Very poor company had install booked on 6th April, didn't turn up so cancelled. Still waiting for refund, was with Klarna which means they have to transmit a refund request. They are not bothering, so Klarna aren't either. My car is now flat so hired a car and claiming costs from ombudsman complaint. Please be very wary of both companies.

Would like to give zero stars. 24/7 customer service a laugh! Internet been out today and complete unwillingness to communicate or resolve the problem. More expensive than our time with BT. When the contract is done it will be a relief! Held off leaving a bad review for years now but today has been the final straw.

Alex and Adam did a great job installing my car charger. Friendly and worked hard. Wasn't as straightforward as it should have been but they fixed the issue at no extra charge.Definitely recommend them for any car charging installation needs

MINUS STARS!!!Awful customer service. I'd arranged for a ev charger to be fitted, on the day of the install I hadn't heard from them so contacted them. I was told that their van had broken down on the way to me so would need to rearrange. Which I did for a fortnight after. On that day, again not heard from them, contacted them again. I was told the engineer was at another property and that job had turned into a big refit. After expressing that I wasn't happy with the service, and needed to get a charger sorted ASAP, I was offered another engineer for the same day but he wouldn't arrive until early evening. I said I didn't care what time ge arrived I just wanted it done. He then told me if that engineer was unable to do it he would come himself on the Monday (2 days later) I agreed and stated if it wasn't done by then I would go elsewhere. He then text me to say that that's obviously what I wanted, to which I replied, I just want the charger fitted. Its now Tuesday night and I've not heard anything from them. I will be checking with the GOV.uk website to check if they have fraudulently claimed for the grant without fitting it. I would give this company minus stars if I could.

Please read the 1 star reviews before even considering this company and save yourself months of stress. I originally ordered a charger & install in February. After chasing them for a response once the order was placed they advised I needed a whole host of changes to my electricity supply before they could install the charger. As a result I requested a refund, this refund was only received as a charge back last month by going through my bank. Prior to this I had emailed and called multiple times and fed varies excuses as to why I hadn't been refunded. I then employed Pod Point to fit my charger who fitted it faultlessly with no changes to my supply needed! I really cannot stress how much I urge you to avoid this company. I never leave reviews however this really is a company to avoid, please take notice.
