I haven't actually been to the shop yet. The lady was so helpful on the phone just now, that I am going to make sure I go to her shop to look at what they have. They even didn't dismiss me looking at a competitor on route first. A family business to be supported. See you soon! x

I went to Fluid Lines just on the off chance as I was looking at getting my own ski boots after years of agony with hires.They have the best customer service! I was able to get measured up in no time, they were super helpful and patient while I tried on multiple pairs and found the perfect ones. Pleased to confirm I had my first ski trip without pain this year all thanks to some very knowledgable staff!This is a family run business so I was very happy to support local. Would highly recommend.

So grateful to have an amazing place so close to home. As newbies to the world of paddleboarding we needed to buy a chunk of kit to keep us active in the colder months but being new we also have very little knowledge at this point, having found a lot of stores along the south coast we discovered fluid lines through a group we’re part of and we weren’t disappointed in the slightest! Archie was welcoming as soon as we arrived and didn’t hesitate to answer our newbie questions and suggest ideas of what would good options to consider. Archie is very knowledgeable about the products in store and able to translate that into which products will work best for the sport and conditions we are buying for. We were able to get everything we needed, both advice and the items from Fluid Lines, I would highly recommend to anyone. Happy Shopping

I went to this store and the employees there are very rude and in the store itself the apartments are not the same as in the photo and the prices are very expensive I will recommend another store

I have been using this shop for the last 25 years, and since it became Fluid Lines it has been fantastic. I buy all my westuits, paddle boards and ski kit here. Always helpful and knowledgeable.Love water/snow? this is a one stop shop.

These guys supplied a Duatone Gonzales board , straps and bag for my wife for me and could not have been more helpful and a very attractive price.It got here yesterday and is amazing. And we have wind in Redcar so I will be on the water this weekend.Thanks to everyone

Fantastic set up, we met the father and son who run the shop. Excellent friendly honest service. Genuinely interested where we are from in Norwich what sport we were doing. Genuinely excellent place to go. Helpful friendly service. Definitely worth the trip down from Norwich for such a good experience.
