Had a new phone system installed by F One. It turned out to be not a straight forward transfer from our old supplier to F One. However, it was all problems caused by the old supplier. Alex and his team were at the end of the phone to help navigate the issues. I cannot praise them enough for this. We are very pleased with the system we now have and would recommend F One.

We had our phones installed through F1, amazing service from sales to installation. Ross, Rory, Adam, Jamie and the whole team were so helpful, patient and friendly. I was unable to be in the office at the time of the installation, but the F1 team were so helpful in making sure the system was up and running and on my return, F1 made a special visit to ensure we were happy with the system. Brilliant customer service.I would be 100% happy to recommend this company.

We have just had our phone systems upgraded by F One Technologies and the service was amazing. Rory installed the new phones and set them up, he gave us a great demonstration on how to use them. We have moved our phone and broadband over to F One to manage for us and are very happy with the high level of personal service and technical support. Very happy with our experience with Fone Technologies. We had our phone system installed last week by a lovely engineer Kyle Herbert. He was very professional and patient with my many many questions. He ensured that everything was up and running well, and that we were familiar on how to use the system before he left. Couldn't be happier.

Recently had our phone system upgrade by Rory and we are extremely happy with the service. A much better quality and functioning system for our needs. The installation was carried out without any issues and we were constantly made aware of proceedings. We even have a lovely new cabinet for all our equipment which has made it all look nice and tidy now! Highly recommended!
