It’s quite unbelievable how long it takes every time you collect or drop… allow at least 30 minutes and that’s fast… usually 45 mins to and hour….Not sure I’ll be back

I’m fine with the fact I received a PCN, but not happy with the poor customer service/ communication received from yourselves that is the reason for the 1 star review.No emails are addressed to me as the customer contacting you.Others Please make sure you read your paperwork as when they talk you through what your signing for and rush you to sign the documentation they leave out vital information.Poor customer interaction and showing no compassion is your fault.

Rented a van for the weekend.All previous damage photographed.On return of the vehicle they are saying there is new damage to the vehicle which they want to charge me for.They have taken photos from a different angle and are implying the previous damage is my fault, when it was clearly already there.Beaconsfield road branch, Brighton.Fraudsters!!!!

These guys are great! They helped me out with a rental very short notice and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Polite, friendly service, well maintained cars and overall efficiency without any fuss!

I rented a van a few weeks in a row. Most of the vehicles were dented and scratched The last time I rented I was given an almost new van. I ended up slightly scratching the top of the rear bumper, and was charged £320. They only got one quote Beware, The staff are robotic, but not unpleasant, The service is slow, they’re office is dirty. The website experience is ok for the first time but tedious for repeat customers. All these things together suggest they’re not interested in repeat business. Also notice their aggressive tone in the response to poor reviews.A less than average experience, hence the two star rating.

Van was good, customer service is very un helpful.They will take a £200 deposit/pre-authorisation which is standard. However they they refused to cancel the pre authorisation on the card machine. And instead let the pre authorisation to become invalid. For any Mastercard users this will result in a 30 day wait...The process of canceling a pre authorisation is a simple as entering the authorisation into the card machine and canceling it.This is a simple step to take but will save the customer service teams, which I quote from the lady is spoke to, loads of complaints and calls".If anyone from choice rentals reads this

Great van. I paid £4 extra to hire a newer van (£67 for a days hire) and got a brand new Transit with ~500 miles on the clock. Very clean & performed perfectly.The pick up process was a bit laboured with lots of paperwork and waiting around but as others have mentioned this is an old fashioned hire car business and I have no complaints with the price or service.Being able to drop off out of hours and use the key box is a big plus. You can't do that with Enterprise!I have docked one star from the review as the guy behind the check in desk was monosyllabic, sullen and unfriendly. He wasn't rude or anything just not friendly or warm or making any effort to make you feel welcomed. Will happily use Choice again.

I rented a van for 24 hours, that was dented scratched in multiple areas huge dings all over, whist out I added a scratch which I was totally unaware of. My issue is not paying for this to be fixed my issue is that clearly lots of people are being charged and the vehicles are not being repaired. They have Somehow decided to take £800. I have seen no paper work of this estimation nor have I any evidence to say when it will be fixed. I wonder if they will ever fix it? I feel this is a running scam. Does anyone know what I can do? As said I have no issues paying for something to be fixed but clearly they're not fixing these vansChoice, now that you have taken £800 can you provide evidence to show you have fixed this scratch I have supposedly caused.

Hired a van for odd days over 3 weeks. Staff good and vans only slightly marked. Photographed each before driving. All performed fine.Lad bought van out with 7 miles on fuel left indicator.Says 'is that okay?'I said 'no it's NOT so he put a gallon in .Who leaves a diesel with so little fuel?Apart from that the high mileage vans were fine. But no better on fuel than mine."
