I would avoid this chain.The dishes have nothing to do with Italian cuisine.The ingredients are not fresh (you can taste that they were frozen)A lot of dishes are precooked at a central kitchen I guess.

I ordered the spaghetti, Chorizo Carbonara and it was absolutely amazing! 10/10 would absolutely recommend. I would definitely eat here again! And the staff were very lovely and very helpful! - Georgina Webb

Terrible food ever! Garlic bread was hard like a stone! I ordered Pomodoro Pasta which was not even prepared properly, it was 1/4 in quantity! Not sure, why I even ordered and paid £25. I end up preparing my meal again! I haven’t seen this kind of terrible Italian food in my life! I won’t eat or order again!

I tried a new shroom pizza , however little disappointed ☹️. No taste. chicken pizza was the same.

Nice Italian restaurant with good choices of menu. The star menu include the Chicken/ King Prawn Spiedini and pizza. We had Hot-Smoked Salmon & Pesto Risotto and Truffle & Pancetta Carbonara. Delicious but wait time for food is a little long.

Had a quick meal on Saturday late afternoon. Spacious restaurant with high ceiling, large windows and well spaced tables. Our mains were delivered relatively quickly and they were hot and tasty. I also wanted to mention that I loved citrusy perfumed Zizzi branded hand wash and hand cream in the bathroom. The customer service was friendly and attentive.

I ordered the Fable pizza and was extremely disappointed with what was delivered. Please see photos of what I got compared to what the pizza should have looked like! Will never order from this restaurant again. Appalling food. No answer when attempted to call restaurant either despite several attempt.

I've been to a few Zizzi restaurants now, but I think this is my favourite. We tried 2 other places before coming here. One was full and the other full of kids.Walked in, and it wasn't a problem we hadn't booked. Was a lovely, quiet, and calm atmosphere. Our waitress was really friendly and attentive. There's a large menu with something for everyone at a good price.Our food came so quickly and was hot, well cooked, and presented. Even better is there's free parking after 6 pm.
