The Staff is Respect less towards the people who happen to live around the Bus Garage. There is no way one can sleep with open windows (or even closed) as there is noise of revving engines, squealing wheels , horn contests and loud music at any time of the day. These noises I am referring to are not coming from buses, all of this happens in the staff's private cars inside the Stockwell Bus Garage.

On 27th May, in the process of losing my travel card, I met 4 drivers (77 and 155) and various staff at the garage. Fun, informative and incredibly helpful. Still haven't found my card but worth losing it to enjoy this experience.

I contacted Stockwell Garage about a lost Freedom Pass. Very helpful on the phone and when I went to collect said pass, everyone I had contact with was friendly, polite and helpful. This started with being guided to the right place. Regularly checked to see I was being helped and then swiftly reunited with my lost property. Staff rushed to show me where the exit buttons were and made sure I got out without a problem and wished me a good day. A pleasure dealing with them all.

Seen many comments from lay people. Those are not very appreciative. But only an Engineer or an Architect can really see what a wonderful building it is. We in India have a catch line, if you play a pipe organ in front of a buffalo
