Went for the CSCS teaching and exam, it was helpful, informative and straight forward. Jack had a fun way of teaching and keeping people engaged in the learning, he was really friendly and I liked his approach to teaching. I actually enjoyed the day to be honest.

Staff are extremely helpful, and genuinely care about helping you, Jack is a great Instructor, he teaches you all you need to know In a relaxed environment, and there's multiple breaks during the day, so you have time to absorb all of the Information you've learned throughout the day.
