Awful. Wasted an afternoon waiting for a parcel that never came. Told it would arrive within the time slot. Next day, no notifications. Phoned and then suddenly I had an email telling me it was delayed again. So would have wasted another day had I not have chased them up. Utterly useless. Funny how Royal Mail can still operate during the festival weekend.

Why did the delivery guy not ring the doorbell. He looked over the fence and would have heard the workman we had in the garden useless

Informed by DPD on 11th April parcel in depot and will be delivered on 12th between 1302-1402. Never arrived with message at 1851 delayed due to an unexpected issue. Message on 13th delivery between 1442-1542. Oh no, 1742 delay due to an unexpected issue, will deliver tomorrow. Today 14th, your parcel is at our Newport depot ready for delivery AGAIN. They are a joke. Customer service non existent. I think they are hoping I’ll give up and go and collect it myself at the depot, which I probably would if I had transport and could get someone to answer the phone. Why firms use this poor excuse for a delivery firm is beyond me. I tried to give it zero stars but it wouldn’t let me post so hence one.

Was waiting all morning for my delivery and was watching them on the maps. They went everywhere but my place... been living here for over a year now and NEVER had any issues. The team tried as much as they could to help me but COULDNT get through and the DRIVER was unresponsive. Not only have I lost out on work and money today but it also got to lose out on more on the Monday now?! Think its about time the island stepped up there delivery game honestly, I'm not the only person who thinks the dpd is shocking too just look at all the reviews.. shameful.. also going to be naming and shaming the driver then again with a name like Nbart what else should I expect.

Terrible, TOM on the Isle of Wight seems to always fail to deliver at my address. Even standing outside the building 2 deliveries before mine I still get the generic 'sorry we missed you' despite not even being close by

Attempted to deliver to the wrong address then refused to deliver to the correct address, timewasters best avoided!

Avoid if you can, no way dud they deliver my parcel despite a photo, I was in, so why not knock the door, deliver take a photo then take it back, this is what happened , trying to get in touch by phone is ridiculous

Gets worse every week for reliability. The guy who delivers( Josh?) Is lovely, but next day delivery? You're having a laugh. Where is my bloomin parcel?

As a company DPD are excellent from product location to local. Then the problems start. They can get a Box from Yorkshire to I.o.w office but hard work getting it to your home location
