Halfords - Hereford

Fixed my bike up great very happy customer 2 new inner tubes with valves fitted new quick release wheel spindles. Fixed buckled wheel which looks like new, actually looks like a brand new wheel ,cleaned bike adjusted breaks and gears all for £50

I called in at Hereford branch to have winter check. They were able to accommodate it within few mins. The member of staff who dealt with my car was very efficient and friendly. He told me what was ok and what was not. He also fitted new hub caps which really made car look much better. An excellent service by friendly professional team.

the people who work here are fine and the shop itself is nice, but if you’re buying a bike from them BUILT IT YOURSELF.you will do a better job following a youtube video than the people in halfords.I was just given my bike and a sheet of paper with a checklist “confirming” that final checks had been done, of which none had actually been done- just the boxes ticked, and I was sent away with, frankly, a dangerous bike. I rode my new bike out of the shop and was nearly hit by a car two minutes later, after the handle bars turned but the front wheel did not as I was riding it. It was so loose that the handlebars were literally perpendicular to the wheel.I won’t be buying anything from halfords again and I’ll be going to an independent shop if anything gores wrong with my bike, it’s not worth getting hurt due to halford’s irresponsibility.

Very friendly staff and helpful regarding my ebike battery. Also had to contact customer services who were equally helpful. I would definitely use Halfords again

I had battery or alternator problems. Even bought a battery booster to start the car. Anyway went to Halfords they had batteries and would install for me. The service was good and fast. Stopped my stress thankfully. 10 out of 10. Ryan was pleasant as he worked and also topped up my windscreen washer

Some difficulty navigating selection of tools, but probably due to my incompetence. Product was dispatched 24 hrs earlier than proposed delivery time..impressive! Served by a very polte & courteous Young Lady, & in double quick time. Thank you, & well done Gilbert

Update review. Appalling service my son who has special needs uses this bike daily for school. I am having to bring bike in for 4th time in 2 weeks. Sent off each time with a faulty tire fitting. Extremely dangerous whole tyre came off 3 times inner tube wrapped around gears. I think they may have put wrong tyre size
