Friendly, helpful staff who make a big fuss of the dogs! No cages! My mini jack always comes out looking beautiful!! Definitely recommend!

What can I say, Gus and Olly’s first hand-strip today, they look amazing, Hannah and Alicia took so much care, even researching the breed standard (Basset Fauves) beforehand to see how they should look. We are thrilled with their haircuts, thank you girls for caring, you have done a fabulous job, and I am so glad to have found you!

AVOID this place at any cost, this place it is very unprofessional and not serious at all.I would not trust to take my dog here anymore.I have booked an appointment few weeks ago, when I finally get there Debbie said that I didn't have an appointment which I have explained I had booked the appointment several weeks ago.I can confirm I had an e-mail confirmation of my Appointment from Debbie O'Mahoney.I have been waiting for this appointment for a very long time but Debbie said she cannot do anything Unfortunately for me,I have evidence that this appointment has been confirmed by herself via e-mail,I did ask if where I would need to report my complaint, she didn't know what to say and apparently there is not any complaint procedure which I think every single place that work with customers should have a complaint procedure in place. (from my own experience working with public).Very bad experience, will not recommend this place.

I been having my mini yolkshire terrier hair cut here since tip top started. Always trust them to do a professional job. My dog mutley also loves having hair by tip top. He is now 18 years old and blind And I will not take him any where else

The best groomers in Wiltshire. FREDDIE loves going here he is treated so well. He hates his nails being done however they are very patient with him and get them done. Lots of parking very professional set up

We took wee Winnie for her first grooming today and couldn't be more pleased with results.All the staff were cheery and attentive making the whole experience enjoyable.Judging by her waggy tail I would say she thoroughly enjoyed her pampering session and we will definitely be using Tip Top grooming in the future.Thank you x

I have two dogs one goes for a cut the other a bath. One is very nervous by nature and is always made to feel comfortable. I love that I feel safe leaving them there.

Hannah at Tip Top is an absolute star. She's been looking after my 4 Yr old Cockerpoo for over 3 yrs now and she has proven to be an excellent and skilled groomer, trusted by me and my dog. I wouldn't take him anywhere else.
