Why make an appointment and then not turn up? Why not contact and apologise? Why not reply to my messages?Why not reschedule? Disappointed.Came early next day did a fantastic job full of contrition and gave me a great discount for my inconvenience. Will use again as great workers. Highly recommended.

Unreliable. Failed to turn up for appointment in Oct 22. No contact from DMS. Contacted them and rearranged date for a week later. Didn't turn up for that either - and again, no contact from DMS. Gone elsewhere.

We were out when Clean Easy came to clean our windows for the first time. Upon return we could see that all the windows had been professionally cleaned. We live in a 3 story house and the top floor windows hadn't been cleaned for a long time. So it was lovely to return and look out through spotlessly clean windows.
