Food was great but the guy serving us was horrendous. Awful customer service. I had to repeat my order about 3 times like he'd forgotten by the time he had picked up the box or put the noodles in the box... Like each step of the way. He was too busy trying to talk to the other staff around him than to talk to us customers apparently.

I had food from here and the experience was amazing, Ryan was very helpful suggesting some really nice dishes, cause it was hard to pick from the various awesome dishes on site. The service was quick and efficient and thank God they sold me those spring rolls and drinks, don’t think my large meal would have been complete without them or the sweet chilli dip that goes really well with my prawn crackers. Honestly 10/10

I went in a couple of weeks ago! Great food, fast genuine friendly service.Chopstix- I was served by Skye, she is a very friendly, credit to your team. This lady deserves some recognition, serving probably 100s of people a day.... She was full of smiles and a very polite, funny and customer focused member.... Give her a payrise, promotion!

Food was hot and very tasty. Had a medium box at lunch time with a side of spring rolls, I thought it looked small but was actually very filling. Staff member was lovely very friendly and helpful as it was our first time. She was chatty and laughing with us, made us the centre of attention. Will definitely be calling here again looking forward to it.

Food was fantastic, affordable and delivered hot. Our server Cameron was amazing at giving us options and meals we’d like, when we were struggling with what to chose!! Would definitely stop off here again!!

I think my experience here is largely due to the time I visited.I went on a Saturday evening shortly after 8pm and I think the food on offer had probably been hanging around a while.I would have liked beef teriyaki but it was sold out. The two chicken options I had were a touch too sweet for my liking and the noodles were sticky.The drinks options are either pop or water. I would have chosen coffee if it had been an option. The water was room temperature.Service was fine despite one of the folks clearing me out out the way as they wanted to get cleaned down.I would visit again but probably nearer the middle of the day when fresh food is more likely.

I’ve eaten here a fair few time now and have found I’m going out of my way to come here, food is very tasty, as you’d expect from a services the price is a little expensive, I always get the FB portion so I get either soft noodles or egg fried rice fallowed by 4 toppers, I usually get two portions of salt and pepper chicken and two portions of the new smoky seoul chicken, this meal comes with 5 spring rolls and a medium drink (Pepsi max for me) this cost me £11.95 but as a treat maybe every few weeks or even once a month, I can afford to treat myself every now and again
