Sports Massage with Catherine
I have been having regular sports massages from Catherine for a few years and can honestly say I’d be lost without them as part of my routine now. She does an amazing job of easing any aches and pains and I can honestly say I walk away feeling lighter. What’s more she’s so friendly amd easy to talk to so time just flies. Highly recommend her services!

Catherine is absolutely amazing, I'd never had a sports massage and it was the most intense massage I'd ever had. The pain relief after a a couple was incredible, better than I could have hoped for. And I love her choice of music!

Fabulous, had huge issues with muscle knots in both my legs, but worse in my left , Catherine done her stuff , few sessions later I'm brand new !!

Absolutely fantastic. Catherine’s professionalism, expertise and enthusiasm cannot be faulted in anyway. Helped me get back into running after I struggled with injuries for a long time. Would recommend Catherine to anyone who needs a good sports masseuse. Thanks Catherine x

1st time i have had any massage so did'nt know what to expect, but after straining my back thought i would give it a try.Catherine was amazing at putting me at ease and chatted all the way through the hour session i had, i could feel her realy getting into the knots, i felt great and loose afterwards.I would certainly reccomend her especialy if your an un certain newby. I will definately be back.
