Took my 5 Series to James to diagnose steering wheel judder when braking. He identified the cause as a warped brake disc, then replaced the discs, pads and sensors.All work done at a sensible price and to a high standard - someone who definitely takes pride in their work.Now its 2 weeks since having the work done, brakes bedded in and car drives perfectly!

Been to James a few times to get my car serviced and to have some faults diagnosed, always very professional, always does a great job and very competitive pricing, highly reccomended!His knowledge of BMW's and Mini's is second to none and I wouldn't have anyone else work on my car!

I had the opportunity to use Simtek for an oil and filter service on my X5 this morning. I arrived at the requested time and met the owner. Works were carried out efficiently, i was allowed to hold a few teams meetings while i waited and was on the road as soon as the works were completed.As the other reviews on here, a top class outfit, great service. I will be back in 6 months for my main service and brake fluid change.A great first time experience.

Hands down the best BMW independent specialist in the Midlands. Not only is the pricing competitive to main dealers, its the knowledge, care and attention to deal James takes in his work! No one knows BMWs better than James, and I wish I had taken my car to him previously.The only place to go to if you want to ensure your BMW is running as best as it can be!!!
