I made a mistake on Saturday, while visiting bridgnorth I popped into here to get a front door key cut the service was impeccable with hardly no waiting time but on returning home and trying the key, I found that key doesn’t fit the lock at all unable to get past the first tumbler. Don’t make my mistake visually check the key after cutting against the master that way you will be able to pick up on variations which the cutter should have done but obviously didn’t.

Never met such a grumpy person behind a counter. Even tells me all Internet platforms that state his opening times are incorrect. He doesn't open at 9am and we found even 9.30am opening isn't promp. Will visit green cobbler in Bewdley next time.

A super fast service for key cutting, plus very affordable. Its a lovely shop, too, lots to browse while you wait.

Just been in to collect a UPS parcel and the gentleman was so rude. I am aware that you should be kind, but my partner was trying to explain what had happened and all he said was it’s not me you need to be talking too. It’s not here. Customer service is not paramount obviously. You have signed up to deliver a service for UPS which I presume you get paid for. If I was UPS i would take my business else where. Which I could leave a minus star review.
