Really pleased with the service and products supplied , I explained to the guys exactly what I wanted to achieve and they came back with best solution at a very competitive price , on install day the team turned up on time and respected our home with dust sheets together with really cleaning up when they left , fully recommend

I regrettably used GH Coastal to install air conditioning into my new build house. Unfortunately it was a shoddy job and customer care was extremely lacking. The unit above the master bedroom was left with a very noisy pump which intermittently goes off in the night, thus doing a great job of keeping us awake at night. GH claimed there was nothing that could be done as a gravity drip waste was not possible. This was completely untrue and a quiet gravity waste has since been installed by another company. They left this unit without a plenum chamber or any other means of keeping the air from the bedroom separate from that in the loft, thus causing incorrect readings and the unit drawing hot air in from the loft rather than bedroom. They left us with a brand new house with 3 AC units that we could not control at all and simply blamed other trades for that. We tried several times to arrange a joint meeting with our Smart Home people and GH’s director, John, who was very co-operative when discussing the original order but much less so now, to no avail. Regardless of responsibility for the lack of control (which the Smart Home company strongly disputed), I find it unacceptable to not be prepared to meet face to face with involved parties, leaving the customer with a system that they could not use. All in all, a very unsatisfactory experience with this company.

A very friendly and competent company who understood my needs and advised accordingly on the AC system i had installed at home (Wifi controlled and integrated with HIVE) the install was quick and clean, causing minimal disruption to my home. It has made such a big difference, I can highly recommend GH Coastal Cooling to any one considering their services. A Top Job, many thanks Kevin.
