I’m not going to disclose any personal information about myself, as doing so makes me vulnerable to unfair retaliation. Thank you for your response though, as it reiterates that your customer service is poor when there’s an issue with your work/service.Be honest, do better and be transparent with your pricing.Original review:This review is long overdue. I honestly do not know why these guys have such good reviews. I was quoted one price. On arrival, one of the workmen checked my alloy and wheel size and confirmed the price. When it came to payment, the owner increased the price by £5 and claimed that I got my “tyre size” wrong. Funny how his colleague had double checked the size and confirmed the price I was quoted, which was £5.00 less.The work was done super quick (I had a very small scratch). The workmanship was very poor. When I arrived home, I noticed air bubbles and an odd ridged short deep line. The completed job looked worse than the scratch they mended and they didn’t colour match, which shouldn’t have been hard, as they weren’t diamond cut alloys.I’ve had two other alloy repairs, one from the dealership, as they damaged my alloy and the other from a company that came to me, and they were both perfect in comparison.I contacted the owner and asked him to rectify the work. I was very polite. He read my message and didn’t bother to respond.They should be called Alloy Thieves not“Alloy Kings”.

An amazing service from start to finish, although not the easiest place to get to, was worth the effort as the quality of the work is superb, see before and after pics to see the scope of the repair. Zak is a great guy, very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Cannot recommend him enough!

Alloy Kings were very friendly and helpful with sorting out my alloy wheel refurbishment, they did a great job with them too at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend them, Cheers, Craig. (BMW owner).

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Zak transformed my Japan Racing wheels. They are not the easiest to refurb because of the deep concave but he did an amazing job and they look better than new. True gent as well and very knowledgeable.

Very easy and very happy to recommend Alloy Kings. Zac and his sons made a fantastic job of restoring the diamond cut wheels on my VW Golf GTD. Turnaround in two days and four wheels looking better than new. Diamond cut wheels are the bane of car owners lives, but Alloy Kings were able to provide a cost effective repair solution that works for owners who want to keep their car's wheels looking like new.

Zak and his team did a brilliant job of refurbishing all four wheels of my Audi and carrying out some bodywork too prior to its (successful) sale. There were no extras added to the original quotation and Zak was so helpful throughout. I would recommend his company unhesitatingly.

Amazing work! I had work done previously on my rims from BMW, and the job that was done by Alloy Kings was 100% better. Fast turn around, extremely professional, and no pressure. They done both of my diamond cut alloys in 1 day with same day pickup.

I spoke to 5 refurb shops before deciding to go with Alloy Kings. I’m very fussy and really look for the little details that matter. Not only are they competitively priced, their quality of work is second to none. I had all 4 diamond cut 18” refurbed to factory 2 tone finish, matte grey, with satin lacquered diamond cuts. I am very impressed and I will continue to use these guys and recommend as many people as possible.
