Noel Medland proved invaluable when managing our rental property from abroad. Noel provided general property maintenance, interior painting and decorating, external painting and garden upkeep. He always gave sound advice and completed projects on time and in budget. We no longer have a property in Cornwall but I certainly recommend him.
