I couldn’t recommend Belvoir enough. Paul provided a fantastic service from valuation to the final sale. Always available when you needed him with sound advice at every stage of the process.

Belvoir, Tamworth proved to be the perfect agent when the time came for my mum to sell her home of 34 years. From the first call to handing over the keys, Paul and his team provided a customer-focused service. Nothing was too much trouble, communication flowed easily throughout and I felt confident that the sale (secured within 10 days of marketing the property) would close successfully. Honestly if I could give 10 stars, I would, I cannot recommend Belvoir and especially Paul highly enough.My Aunts house had gone through probate, and I tried a few estate agents. The rest were straight to business and measuring up, giving me their costs etc. Paul walked in and asked about the house, its history, my Aunt, and we must have just chatted for about 20 minutes, allowing me to reminisce over the past 50 years. Paul took an interest, making him very personable.For the actual sale, his rates beat all of the others, and he did exactly what was needed when it was needed. There was no pressure, he just gave all parties a gentle nudge when it was needed, and stayed away when nothing was needed. He was available any time I needed.From start to finish, the whole experience of selling the house was a breeze, and I'm absolutely certain that Paul's influence is a huge part of why the process was so smooth.To Paul and his team, thankyou so much!

Absolutely amazing people and company.I'm a very fussy person, but Paul and team did an amazing job! I have recently ended my tenancy with a Belvoir property (Tamworth). The team have been amazing from start to finish, any issues I had were sorted within the same day and they always responded promptly to emails and phone calls. Paul from Belvoir went above and beyond what was expected to help us find exactly what we needed. He was extremely accommodating regarding scheduling viewings and making himself available on short notice when necessary.
