I have both ordered in person and over the phone for delivery, every time they have been really friendly and given us exactly what we ordered. The customer service is great and everyone is really friendly. The food is prepared and delivered within the expected time. If you want you’re food in time to eat, order in advance for it to arrive or be ready by the time you would normally eat.

Our favourite takeaway we had one this evening, the portions are a little too generous for me. But the quality is what really counts. We have been returning customers coming up 20 years I think. Whenever we have family or find staying and we want a takeaway this is always the one. Needless to say there are never any complaints.

Can't fault the food. Tastiest Chinese food I've had in ages. Fantastic service, questions answered and even brought to us while we waited in the car. Would highly recommend.

Have been visiting hongs takeaway for years since they opened about 20 years ago. The owners are very friendly and the food is really nice and it's no trouble if you want to add an ingredient/take out something from your selection.Parking is easy right outsideThey also do a takeaway service and I think the only night they are closed is Tuesday's.

Ordered and collected staff was lovely, the currys had a strange taste and the chicken curry was really watery. The bbq ribs didn't taste of bbq wasn't very nice. The chips was a bit dry and the chow mein was lovely and egg fried rice was OK and the chicken balls was fine .
