Design 911

I purchased a pair of headlights for my gen 2 996. The drivers side didn’t work so I made a call to Design 911 and spoke to Gregory. What a guy very pleasant to talk to. He had a new unit to be sent over to me by Monday. I was surprised the unit arrived the next day on Saturday morning. The new unit was fitted and that was doing the same as the previous unit. So I thought 2 units cannot be faulty. I investigated further by removing my wiring plug and plugged it in directly and it worked fine. I’ve been using Design 911 for a good few years and I will carry on using them as long as I keep my Porsche. Thank you very much. Keep up your good work.

I had a pre-purchase question so I tried to contact them by Email (2 emails, no reply), Phone (rang out 3 times in 24hrs), and social media. Because my comment was public on their social media channel, they asked me to DM them, so I did… it was ‘seen’ but again, no reply. I can only imagine what their customer service is like post sale… if this is the pre-purchase experience… shocking!

Same day despatch, and next day delivery. Great range of OE and aftermarket parts and oils, and knowledgable staff. Highly recommended.

Really disappointed with Design911 .part ordered on 6th Nov turns up wrong 2 weeks later. box had two part numbers on it. after a week of calls and emails (JamieR) nothing .. asked for refund and i have to wait till they can send a DPD postage label and they will refund when they get wrong part back ... so basically a month after i originally ordered part ... nope never using Design911 ever again.Zero customer service .

I am extremely pleased with my experience once again. The variety of 911 parts, both OEM and aftermarket, is remarkable. It's great to have such a wide selection to choose from. The delivery was incredibly fast, and I was impressed with the efficiency of the shipping process. Furthermore, the customer service provided was exceptional. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to address all of my inquiries and concerns. Additionally, I found the prices to be the best I have ever come across. Their competitive pricing makes it a no-brainer to shop here. Overall, I am highly satisfied with my purchase, and I will continue to rely on this company for all my 911 part needs.

Very poor service from this company. Placed an order three days before needing the parts that a mechanic was booked in to fit. Rang the company an hour after the order was placed to check that the order would be despatched the same day, advisor informed me that it would be. No sign of the delivery two days after placing the order so contacted the company a second time only to be told that the order hadn't been picked yet! I was told that the order would be delivered the next day pre-noon, the day that the mechanic had been booked in to fit the parts. DPD didn't follow my instructions to leave the order in a safe place, still no sign of the order, mechanic has had to leave to go to another job and a completely wasted day for me. Obviously had the order been picked and despatched when it should have been the parts would be fitted by now and none of the above issues would have occurred.

Ordered of Design 911 twice now. Wont be using them again. On both occations. I had ordered and paid. To be notified not in stock. There awaiting delivery. Not even like weird, random or rarely bought parts. Oil, coolant and a thermostat. Both occations waiting weeks for parts. No apology, nothing. Had called them on the second occation to ask what was going on guy on the phone didnt seem bothered. Judging by other reviews Im not alone. Wish I had seen them earlier. If your ok and happy to wait go for it. If the car is off the road and your deperate dont even bother.

I paid in advance for a three-part session in June, but I haven't received it since. I asked for my money back, they don't even answer! amazing pull! disappointment. Zoltan

I can fully recommend Design911 as I did order some firesticks that could not be sent over the boarder due to import restrictions for firework (pyrotechnics). The Design911 was very friendly and fully supported me with the return of the item and later refund. Thank you very much again!

I'm on the island of Mauritius and been using Design911 for at least 5 years now. Yes there are some delays on parts that are not in stock but, overall, I am very happy using them. I get all my parts and they are reasonably priced.
