Akim was an absolute star, we had a bank holiday emergency, and he met me on Sunday and rebuilt the phone, super guy, friendly , and amazing service. Can't speak highly enough of this business.

This is place is the worst repair shop all over Eastbourne, useless and very dishonest, I brought my Samsung more than 4 times to replace a charging port. They never managed to fix the problem, they charge £35 and they want to charge me again because they said guarantee wasn’t cover that the port was getting dirty! That was honestly not true. Seriously after wasting my time and money I took it to town centre and they fixed with no issues and was cheaper £25. I wait more than 6 months to make this review to make sure phone was still working and I was right. They just bunch of amateurs than pretend to be experts. The owner Hakim tried to be very smart but at the end true will prevail.

Hakim went above and beyond to recover the contents of my phone after I accidentally dropped it. His customer service and lovely personality are a joy to see.I fully recommend IPHIX to anyone who has any issue with their phone or tablet or who is looking for an upgrade or replacement phone .Nothing was too much trouble, Hakim took the time to listen to what I wanted and found a replacement phone that suited me rather than trying to sell me something I didn't want or need.Excellent customer service, 5 star workmanship, honest advice and very knowledgeable person who knows his business. They went above and beyond to fix the screen on my granddaughters iPad. Despite it being a really old iPad they got it sorted in quick time for me. Couldn’t recommend them enough, thank you so much.

The best phone shop in the whole of the uk not even Eastbourne , would never go somewhere else to buy any technology or fix my technology, always so happy with the service and could never go wrong , plus the nicest guy you could meet please go here you will never be disappointed!!!!!!

The owner was super helpful and honest when fixing my iphone about a year ago, so went back recently for my mums Samsung and he was equally as helpful and fairly priced.
