Took my daughter to get her first ear piercing, staff was really friendly and calm with her, she loved it.. staff friendly and very helpful

I was Monday 09 of October with my baby to made ear piercing. And the hole it's normal just for one ear for the second ear it's a mess. Very disappointed I paid 65 £ and now I need to fix it....

Very nice staff explain everything you need to good quality products and at reasonable price.

I went to Wolverhampton mander centre store today. I was served by a fantastic American girl who not only looked like a fabulous glittery fairy but was sooooo good at her job!! I went in for one thing and left with six! She was quite the salesperson and really cheered mine and my friends day. Management material definitely if she's not already...give that girl a raise! Wish I knew her name...she's a star!

Only.one member of staff on . She was piercing a childs ears... understand attention was needed there. But waited 10 mins to pay for £20 worth of goods. Gave up and put them back..

Tidy and hygienic. Found it a bit crowded though and prices of items aren't displayed big enough for people who may have problems with eyesight, to read. All pricing is shown on the item but it is in very small print. Upfront and visible pricing will deter people leaving frustrated, when they have to wait to ask about pricing, while someone else is being served.

Found online a few headbands I liked in offer for £4! So I visited the Wolverhampton Claires store to see any offers and to see them in real life. I found the headbands that were online at full price..£16!!! in store and online they are £4.. with a delivery price £3.99 there was no click and collect option. I asked the shop assistant why such a massive price difference and she said its head office that make the rules of £ being different in store compared to online. Three words for that store 'rip off merchant'. I visited primark and bought almost the same headband for £3. Thank you Primark.

We took my 12 month old niece to have her ears pierced we asked for sliver earrings and it's not even been 1 month and her earring have turned a grey colour, my sister in law paid for the more expensive earring but they still turned grey.
