Botleys Mansion

Highly recommending Botleys Mansion and Harper Weddings following our wedding in May 2023. We had a wonderful day and that is mostly down to the great planning team and on the day event staff that make sure that everything runs smoothly and that all details are considered. Communication with Harper was smooth and seamless and it made the whole wedding experience very easy and enjoyable. We both both had such a special day and will always hold fond memories of Botleys m - looking forward to coming back and visit the grounds on our first anniversary next year :)

Botley Mansion in Chertsey is a stunning wedding venue with so much potential for amazing wedding photos. The grounds are sprawling and beautiful, with the perfect mix of lush greenery and architectural features. With its stunning gardens, giant oak trees and manicured lawns, it's hard to believe that this location is only a short drive from London. The grand entrance of the mansion sets the tone for the perfect grand wedding day or reception, while inside there are many elegant and sophisticated rooms, perfect for hosting the most lavish of wedding days. I couldn't help but be amazed by the spectacular lighting, making all my photographs sparkle with perfection. Honestly, I don't think there's another wedding venue that could compare. If I was getting married again, Botley Mansion in Chertsey would be at the top of my list. Highly recommend!

We cannot thank the team at Botleys enough, especially Sarah, for all your help on our wedding day. And not forgetting the fabulous Maddie, for answering all of our questions, no matter how big or small they may have been. The day was so smooth running, and absolutely perfect. Staff were so attentive, welcoming to our guests and could not do enough for us! The canapes and wedding breakfast meal were so delicious and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. A day we will remember for the rest of our lives, and couldn't have chosen a better venue and team to make it all come together. We wish we could come back for some more tasty lunches, but in the meantime, trying to convince friends to get married here so we can come back and enjoy another day in this stunning venue!

Thank you so much.To the lovely ladies ( I’m so sorry the nerves of the morning have made me forgot names) who met me in the reception and were constantly checking every detail was perfect, as a bride could not have asked for anything more.And a special mention to Guy. You met us when we first viewed Botleys Mansion and were the last person I spoke to on the wedding day. You are a true gentleman and the day could not have gone as it did without you. We cannot thank you enough. You are a credit to a Botleys mansion.The food and wine were fantastic and all bar and waiting staff were great. All of our guests were blown away by the venue and day.

The venue and rooms looked fantastic, the staff were all incredibly attentive, all our guests commented on how friendly and helpful they were. The food exceeded expectations and was absolutely delicious. Rachel (our day manager) was fantastic, really put us at ease and the moment before the curtain was pulled back at the top of the stairs, she made us feel so prepared, but excited. Our MC was great, again, couldn't do enough to help! The day went so well, exactly how we had planned and it's one we will never forget. Our guests were blown away with the venue itself - it really is a beautiful place.

Botleys was the perfect venue and the team at Botleys were crucial for making our wedding such an incredible day. The whole experience was fun and efficient, we were particularly impressed by the online wedding planner which made it so much easier to keep track of all the details - it covers off every single detail you could possibly think of.Particular shout out to Ashley, Megan and Emily for answering our hundreds of questions so promptly and helpfully on the run up to the wedding! And a huge thank you to Maxine, Antonio and Dean for being there on the day and making everything run incredibly smoothly - we had the most amazing time!

Botley Mansion is a beautiful location for a wedding. If you are looking for a venue that is surrounded by nature and is very accommodating, this is the one. Located about 3 miles from Chertsey Town centre in Surrey and about 30km from central London, it is easy to get to. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Unlike very congested venues, the outside spaces are a joy for large groups. Highly recommend it.

My daughters wedding was on 22nd October 2022, the day was beautiful and everything she had dreamed of. The venue and the setting were stunning, all the guests loved it. Our wedding planner Ashley was brilliant and helped make their day special. The food was excellent and service during the meal was very well orchestrated. Rooms at Botleys Mansion were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Wish we could have stayed a few more days!

We got married here at the beginning of October 2022. The venue is really good, but what makes is exceptional and amazing are the staff members.From Day 1 of booking, Ann, Ashley and Maddie were helping us think through and consider every detail. On the day itself, both the Day and Night Managers, together with their team members were very supportive, kept us calm, making sure everything runs smoothly.We could not be more grateful.One little note to add to future wedding planners - if elderly family members are attending your wedding and you hold a reception in the glass Atrium in the winter months, make sure to seat them by the staircase or in the middle, as it tends to get cold by the glass walls. Young people always feel warm, mind you your elderly guests will be more comfortable sitting in the middle :-)
