Try Tag Rugby Brighton & Hove

Starting tag rugby has been a great experience! I hadn’t played tag before I started but neither had most of the people I met at the taster session. Steph and the other instructors explained everything super clearly, and by the end of the session we were all running around playing a game together! I would definitely recommend try tag rugby to those looking to improve their fitness and have fun meeting new people in brighton!

I had an amazing time at the taster session, Steph & all members were very welcoming! In only one session, we were already able to play and score essays ☺️ I am looking forward to starting the next season!

I started tag rugby for the first time 2 months ago and I’ll never look back. I registered as an Individual and was placed within a great team with all levels from total beginners to people that have played before. The league is exceptionally well run with weekly games, a great workout and fun social gatherings to get to know everyone.I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to get into sport regardless of ability, or just looking to expand their social circle. This is such a great and fun community to become part of.

Went down having never played before and it was great fun! Welcoming bunch, rules/the game were easy to understand and felt wonderful to be running about having a laugh. A good way to meet new people!

This is my second season playing and I’m signing up to the next one I love it so much! Great exercise, fun and a good way to build a community. Even if you have never played before it’s easy to pick up and they offer free taster sessions so you can give it a go!

I can’t really rate Try Tag Rugby Brighton & Hove highly enough. I went into the taster session very VERY nervous; I’m not the most confident when it comes to meeting new people and I was quite unfit. If I’d known then what I know now I could’ve gone in a lot calmer. I can’t emphasise how friendly everyone was and there was no expectation to know the rules or be good at moving the ball around. They were enthusiastic and encouraging and the perfect people to be running the session. They really make you feel so at ease. Thanks again to Steph, Carl, and Jenny for being so warm and welcoming - bring on the league!

Really well-organised league made up of friendly players of all abilities. Really glad I joined - give it a go!

Wednesday evenings are such a highlight of my week now.This has been such a great way of meeting a wonderful community of fun people. I played in a league in London and was soo happy that Steph has managed to bring it down to the coast.Such a great social and very welcoming.GET INVOLVED!
