Fantastic service from Bryan! Came out within an hour to look at my McLaren 720s that was dead and I couldn’t get into! We managed to get in and damage free to the car and managed to jump start the car… Bryan knows his stuff and his service, responsiveness and overall professionalism is top notch! Highly recommend and would give more than 5* if it allowed! Great company!

The response below is a lie.Bryan quoted £100 to refurbish my car key that was missing a button. He took payment, but despite his best efforts broke the central locking in the remote and stated he'd need to order some parts and return to complete the job. Bryan then asked me to pay an additional £50 for these parts and offered to make a second spare key for an additional £80. I declined the additional key, and to pay the additional £50 as this was not part of our agreement (which I have in writing via text ) he then became rude and aggravated, leaving me with a key with a bit of rubber glued on in place of the missing button. Very poor service and quality of work.

Bryan unlocked the car in less than 10 minutes and he arrived when he said he would. Brilliant service.

Bryan replaced the car key for my BMW after I lost my only remaining key. Other locksmiths from the area turned me away but Bryan kindly responded to my query, quickly outlining the work required and the estimated cost. Bryan was friendly and helpful during the key replacement process, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone else who has car key issues.

Absolutely stunned at how reliable this service was, requested a quote, got a response within the hour, made an appointment without any difficulty. The bloke (believe his name was Bryan) not only cut and programmed me a new key, but also reprogrammed my old one which had broken at no extra cost - all in just 20 minutes!!Will be using them again.

We needed an emergency call out quite late in the evening to fix a lock jam - Bryan was with us within an hour, clear on costs, and came back early the next day to finalise the job with parts needed. Great service, highly recommend!
