Poor customer service and damage done to my new car by salesman who vehemently denied it even though I witnessed it!

Bought a second hand PHEV off Mitsubishi Warrington. When I viewed the car it had a number of scratches on the bumpers and a cigarette burn on the inside plastic. I was told these would be repaired and sure enough when I went to collect the car these had been fixed. Good stuff! On the test drive though, the car was pulling badly to the left. I was told this would also be fixed, however when I drove it away on collection, it was clear there was still a problem. I arranged to take the car back for them to inspect. They told me that it needed the 4-wheel drive tracking fixing, and I would have to re-book in again as they get a guy in to do this for them. So why wasn’t this fixed in the first place before I picked it up?!Ok so I came back for a second time. The result is better, but the car is still pulling to the left. My last car was 10 years old and didn’t pull like this.I have also had to take it back three times for the electric cap to be fixed as it kept flapping open when I drove. First time was repaired, which fixed it for a couple of weeks. Second time was to inspect it and agree to replace the unit as the fix clearly wasn’t adequate. Third time was the replacement. So all of these things were done free of charge, and I was given a courtesy car for the day. The service is good. But I don’t want to have to keep going back to them and I shouldn’t have to either. Who has the time to do this? I’ve been back 5 times so far and I’ve only had the car 4 months. And it’s still pulling to the left.I am sure if I took it in again they would re-try to fix the tracking, and it would be covered under my warranty, but you know what, I think I’ll just take it to my local garage to sort it out properly.I don’t have time to keep going back to them.Would I buy from then again? Yes I think I would, as apart from the initial problems with the flap, and the car still pulling, I really like my car, and there is a certain piece of mind buying from a main dealer, knowing that if something went terribly wrong it would be covered. But is it five stars? Noooooooo...
