I've been using Alden's for delivery for a few years now but I've never got to visit their store. I happened to be in the area and was very impressed! Not only did it have all the meat you could need, it also had an extensive fruit and veg section with great quality at very reasonable prices.I signed up for the loyalty card at the checkout and will definitely be back!

Great service, great selection of meats at brilliant prices.Really is worth bulk buying to stock up the freezer.Staff really friendly and very helpful.Selection of frozen products including sea food. Fresh products and condiments also available.C19 compliant, hand sanitiser dotted around.

These people are excellent. Good quality meat at a fair price. Had a rack of lamb tonight that was delicious and good vale for money. The online ordering is straightforward & their delivery was spot on. Order to delivery was less than 48 hours. Plus we ordered for friends too (big meat eaters who loved what they received), too it to over £60 so therefore free delivery. Brilliant. Will place an order again next week. Great find, these people.

Second time when Buy alterated meat from this place, first time chicken now some oxtail , not very nice to arrive home with smelly meat specialy when beef is so expensive and the date on the package was in date …was to late yesterday to return the meat but probably I will not walk in that store again

I have been using MM for years but enough is enough. The last few purchases I have made of there beef have been pretty awful. The beef itself was find, if it had off been eaten 10 days or go or so. I purchased a couple of rib steaks on Friday past and cooked them for lunch today, they were anything but pleasant. Both had a very unpleasant smell and tasted off. The last couple of meat purchases have been similar. The 2 steaks cost me just short of £25, they were for a special occasion, at least the dogs enjoyed them. The staff as always were lovely.

Love this place. Got my Tomahawk steak and it was the only place in Oxford that had it. Steak was excellent.
