Horrendous car wash. I have used before and my wife took today. Unacceptable for 4.99, the bristles are filthy and leaves dirty stained watermarks and dirt everywhere, complaint made to head office they said it was an error first time and both time could not give a free car wash straight away to fix the issue

£ 6.09 for 1 liter of screenwash £ 3 for mid size coffee

Took my car in for a car wash, most expensive one, they haven't done a very good job, the wheels are still dirty, patches of dirt all around the car, supposed to be a wash polish and dry, car was wet and still dirty. I returned to complain and was rudely dismissed by the manager instead of rectifying the issue and just cleaning it what I paid for, the manager dismissed me and said he can't do anything about it, gave a telephone number to forward my complaint blank number. I paid the premium as I wanted my vehicle cleaned to a high standard this was not the case, rude manager, avoid.

A conveniently located petrol station but the prices almost always differ from the the other BP STATIONS located in other parts of Reading. The air pressure facility is out of order most times of the year!

Customer service is not great. Lottery is never available in the morning when I visit. Only ever met one polite assistant since I have had to use it.

Marked as 24hr... I presented at the night window at approximately 1:20am to buy an item from the shop... No one there. Rang the shop phone from my mobile, and heard it ring, inside the shop on the other side of the night-window glass! No one answered. So I ended up going elsewhere.

I will never return to this petrol station again. It says it is 24 hours, just popped in to fill up the tank of the car and there was a guy inside when he saw me he went inside but I thought he would return quick. I was waiting for him to enable to pump but he did not return, so I went close to the window then he came back pointed to the screen “sorry position closed” and I asked what time has it closed and he left again ignoring my question. I came online and confirmed it says 24 hours. I cannot even understand why say it is 24 hours if 9:40pm is already closed on a Thursday.

Gave one star because there was no option to give none. Rude staff

Good location but bald guy on the till is rude and has no customer service skills

So rude staff ,Indian tall guy ,he doesn’t have manner how to deal with the customers,very bad experience in this petrol pump
