Nexus Drinks Systems

Be warned, we have recently received a a letter from the The Credit Protection Association acting on behalf of Nexus Drinks Systems Ltd claiming almost £400 in late payment compensation going back to 2015, even for invoices paid only 7 days past the due date. We are a small charity and only have the resources to do one payment run per month for our suppliers. Needless to say, although legally able to so - sharp practice, dreadful way to treat your customers. Perhaps we all ought to do this to our customers, oh wait, we're not that low......Do not use them as they are obviously desperate for as much cash as they can get!

Just received a late payment claim from this company for 3 invoices paid a few days (in one case a few of weeks) late. Interest due on payments less than £3, not charged at the time, but demanding compensation of £120. Goes back to 2015-2017.Be warned when you sign a contract to pay on time and not be ill/overworked as a Charitable organisation.I accept the legal basis of the claim, but from a customer relations point of view this is pretty poor.

Warning, do not use this company. we have received a demand today for late payment charges dating back to 2016, for invoices paid 2 days late!!They are obviously desperate for cash!

DO NOT Use this company!! Years after we traded with them they are trying to sue us for late payment of invoices dating back 6 years. The invoices were only ever paid a couple days late, and now they are asking for £1.2k through a debt recovery company called CPA. This is an absolute disgrace!!

Will never deal with Nexus ever again.
