The Seven Dials Medical Centre

My concerns are taken seriously with Dr Corbett. He has an excellent rapport with my children. The e-consult is a great way to sort things out quickly. Repeat prescription requests are dealt with rapidly. Additionaly the receptionists are warm, friendly and efficient. I've been with this surgery for 16 years now and wouldn't change.

I've had really good interactions with the Seven Dials Medical Centre. I recently went for an ear infection and was seen really promptly. The Dr was wonderful (shame I can't remember her name!) and talked me through everything. Wonderful bedside manner 10/10 would reccomend

I was patient there for aproximetaly 10 years.The receptionists are quite sharp.When you suffering you want the stuff member be understanding..But I have broken life after Dr Negligence.Thank you to ignore the pain I been in before tback injury happened. And also I have been told not to come that often..

Telephoned at 8am and was given an appointment to see a doctor at 8.50. Dr Roberts took time to consider my ailment, diagnosed the problem and offered treatment with carefully reasoned explanation. This was the NHS at its best!

Registration process was quick and I have been able to get a GP appointment on the same day. The doctor has been very caring.

I've always experienced the receptionist, nurses, and doctors are very helpful. I would like to thank all the staff at Seven Dials Medical Centre for the fabulous work they do under the strain they are going through. Well done.

I was very satisfied with this surgery when I first joined. The receptionists are kind and helpful, the waiting room is never full and I was never kept waiting very long.When I wanted some support with HRT, however, I found that none of the doctors had any interest or training in it and at that time there was no female GP at all. There are nurses and they run clinics about all sorts of things, but not HRT related. So if you are a woman and you are either menopausal or likely to be you may prefer to go elsewhere, which is what I've done. Vote with your feet.

Moved to Brighton this year.registered at this docs .been brilliant. Always get through on phone .and have got same day appointments. Doctors are caring and thorough

I’ve been a patient at this surgery for 15 years. This surgery has reached new lows. Several weeks ago I was asked to organise my own blood tests at the hospital I work as I am an nhs worker. I insisted on having them done properly through the correct channels. For weeks I’ve been trying to speak to a GP about my test results. I call the phone line at 8am and when I eventually get through I’m told there are no telephone appointments. Yesterday i turned up at the surgery at 8am wanting to make an appointment with the GP and I was told to ring up like everyone else. Without prompting the receptionist informs me that my blood test results were normal! I do not approve of a receptionist giving me clinical information. I have on going symptoms that I wanted to speak to the doctor about. I am now having to pay privately to see a consultant as I do not have access to my own GP in order for me to be referred into the hospital.

When I've experienced urgent situations they have always treated me with compassion and kindness. Today was a good example of when they go above and beyond, I spoke to Paula on reception and she was so helpful and kind.However all staff on reception have been super kind and understanding.I've also had really good experiences with the medical staff, especially GP Corbett.Thank you all.
