Went for some petrol by chance quite late, all the lights/pumps still on. Put £10 in, to go in and pay and an older woman with long hair behind the till, without even smiling or saying 'hello' sighed and said 'ugh are you paying cash?'... then proceeded to do my transaction all with a face like a slapped bottom because she had to change the till/float amounts... All she had to do was give me £10 change from a £20 note. Rudeness isn't the word. Customer service training needed!!

Fantastic service from staff especially Leslie and James they need there own TV show I laughed all the way home from there takes of the day. Would highly recommend got all your usual spar products and very convenient

I visit regularly to drop off items sold online, helpful & friendly staff - John, Layton, Chris, Linda & others, really good to see regular faces. Ease of drop off & collection.Fuel pumps are usually in order (many places don't)Clean & well stocked for emergency top ups (milk, coffee, eggs etc) as well as for basics like bread or other items etc.

Not great access, use caution entering or exiting the site. Has been running out of diesel due to other local station closing.

I visited this fuel station Easter Sunday around 9.30am, I am putting this as I want the staff that were working at the time to get a big Easter bonus for being extremely helpful, kind and friendly. I didn’t know how to use the LPG pump and was being very slow so the lady was very kind and came out to show me how to do it. A big thank you to the Lady who helped me and the Gentlemen on the till for be patient. Highly recommend this garage.

Absolutely poor customer service the way the female member of staff talks to customers is disgraceful considering our purchases pay her wages do yourself a massive favour drive to the next petrol station were you will be treated like a customer as for the link that allows you to discuss the situation with Shell will not connect

A small but very busy Shell petrol station/Spar shop. The store is well stocked with all the everyday items you would need. Staff are friendly. Well worth a visit if you need fuel and don't mind dropping off the motorway!Access back on to the main road can be awkward if you're turning right on to the A6.Fuel prices are reasonable for the area.
