Today I donated many cloths, shoes and children toys and I come back home again because my car wasn’t had more space for beauty massage bed . I came back home again and take this heave folding bed that was hardly used once . But there was long tall boy had long curly hair he refused to take it . And said you are doing good exercise today . He said sorry he can’t take it because bed don’t have tag. No any appreciation and talk to customer in taunted way . You r doing good exercise. It’s so so bad . I bring back that bed and other remains staff that I had pack to donate just waste them in bin . Lots of new shoes I just throw in bin only for this men bad behaviour.

I have made several donations at this branch, and have witnessed the staff and volunteers having to put up with the terrrible and rude attitude of people trying to donate things that are really only fit for the tip, this is a great store and I’ve purchased some real bargains here, the staff and especially the volunteers should be commended for the work they do for a worthy cause

One of the best charity shops in the North west,I go every Sunday and I always buy something and I don't mind giving a donation on top of what I paid for my purchase.

One of the best charity shops I've ever been in. It's absolutely huge and has great rotation in stock as it's very popular. Staff are friendly and prices are between 1-3 quid which is far cheaper than any charity shop in the area. I do wish that they would stock a couple more racks of men's stuff but otherwise a really great shop to come.

Came in to this charity superstore this morning, it’s absolutely fantastic! Prices are really affordable and items are in excellent condition. My dad purchased £185 worth of furniture in mint condition. And I purchased 5 female clothing items myself, all £2 /£3 each.I Would highly recommend this charity shop! Items are displayed beautifully, it’s a fantastic place for children/ family toys. Movies, games, books, etc.100% recommend, fantastic customer service as well. Many thanks!

I went here and donated 2 bags of goods. I have been here a few times to donate some goods. As a UK taxpayer, I have signed up to gift aid which means that the charity can claim an extra 25p for every £1 I give from HMRC. I adhered the giftaid it labels on my bags. There was a queue at the donation desk and the staff was nice. They sell some new products and also a lot of second-hand items. Those used items included books, CDs, DVDs, and vinyl records, homewares, furniture, a treadmill, puzzles, lots of men’s, women’s, and children’s clothes, shoes, picture frames so on and so forth. Those completely new products included clear plastic storage boxes in different sizes, mugs, trays et cetera. Most of their items were under £5 (apart from those furniture, electricals, and new products). There were lots of parking spaces in front of the store.

Big shop with lots to look at. Prices are good with most things being £3 or less. Didn't like that they ask for an extra 50p donation when you're paying at the till. I know they have to make enough money but it puts you on the spot.

Tried to donate lots of brand new stuff. High end professional silicone baking equipment, fully working kitchen appliances, and some well looked after homeware. I was told that they was refusing to take most of it - no reason.I asked for help to bring the stuff in, because I have over a boots worth of stuff and I was told that they would do 1 run and I had to do the rest myself. There were many things wrong with the interaction I had this this shop. I could have just took it all to the tip and had an easier day. No one should feel like helping out a charity is more hard work than just taking it all to the tip.

I came to donate household items and clothes, they are in very good condition, but an older woman working here had a very rude manner and was rude and disrespectful in her treatment since I entered the store. I have never in my life seen a place that receives donations treat me as rudely and badly as these people. I will never come to this place again, and I will only give my donations to those who treat me with respect.
